DTPS refers to Permanent Lecturers of the Higher Education Institution whose field of expertise matches the field of the study program being accredited.

A home-base lecturer is a permanent lecturer of a study program who is registered by the program to obtain the operational permit for that study program.
The supplement is not a repetition of the LED. Instead, it is an executive summary of the LKPS and LED designed to provide a clear overview of the substance of the study program.
The uniqueness of the study program is one part of the Study Program Supplement, although the supplement does not only describe the program’s uniqueness.

Each study program can create its own supplement document according to its Body of Knowledge and any unique characteristics of the program, if applicable.

A study program can request to cancel the accreditation process, but fees that have already been paid will not be refunded.
The Study Program Management Unit or the Study Program will receive an invoice once the accreditation application has been submitted in the LAMSAMA Accreditation System (SALAM).
Web LAMSAMA is LAMSAMA’s official website at lamsama.or.id, intended for the general public. It contains general information about LAMSAMA and the accreditation process, and anyone can create an account through free self-registration.
SALAM is the LAMSAMA Accreditation System at sa.lamsama.or.id, specifically for the Study Program Management Unit (UPPS) and study programs undergoing accreditation. Accounts for SALAM can be requested only through an official letter.
The proof of payment can be uploaded in the Accreditation Payment Proof field.
No, it is the same letter. The official accreditation request letter you submitted previously to request your SALAM account also serves as the formal accreditation application required in Stage I and II. There is no need to submit a separate letter.
The Rector’s Cover Letter can be replaced by a Cover Letter signed at least by the Dean.
LAMSAMA does not use a batch system for study program accreditation registration. Accreditation applications can be submitted at any time, following the rule that they must be submitted no later than 180 days before the expiration of the program’s current Accreditation Decree.
Document upload status refers to the condition when a study program has uploaded the main documents—which include LKPS, LED, LKPS Tables, Field Supplement, and supporting documents for Criteria 1 to 9—and clicked the Save button.
Document permanence refers to the condition when a study program has uploaded all accreditation documents completely and clicked Submit All & Finalize. Once finalized, the documents cannot be edited.
The Annual Report File is a yearly report submitted by a study program that details the improvements and corrective actions carried out by the program each year, in accordance with the recommendations stated in the Accreditation Result Report (LHA).
The Annual Report must be submitted no later than January 31 of the following year.
According to LAMSAMA Regulation No. 007/SK/LAMSAMA/I/2022 on Accreditation Submission Procedures, Article 8, accreditation rankings are determined four times a year in quarterly batches, as follows:
January 1 – March 31
April 1 – June 30
July 1 – September 30
October 1 – December 31
The submission for accreditation determination by a LAM for such a program can be initiated either by the study program itself or by the relevant professional organization:
If the study program submits the proposal, it should be addressed to the Executive Board (DE) of BAN PT.
If a professional organization submits the proposal, it should be addressed to the Accreditation Council (MA) of BAN PT.
The required documents to be submitted include the curriculum, learning outcomes, and/or the Body of Knowledge of the study program.
