Depok, LAMSAMA – The Independent Accreditation Institute for Natural Sciences and Formal Sciences (LAMSAMA) has received an Internal Auditor’s Report from KAP Sriyadi Elly Sugeng & Partners, who audited their financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2023. According to the auditor’s report, LAMSAMA’s financial position at the end of the year was deemed Unqualified (WTP), in accordance with Indonesia’s Financial Accounting Standards. The audit covered the statements of financial position, comprehensive income, changes in net assets, and cash flows for the year 2023.
Dr. Dra. Melania Suweni Muntini, M.T., Deputy Director of Finance at LAMSAMA, welcomed this result as evidence of the institute’s improved financial management. “This Unqualified Opinion reflects our commitment to maintaining transparency and accountability in every aspect of our finances,” she said.
The audit results were also supported by a high satisfaction rate from a survey of the finance team, with an assessor satisfaction index reaching 92%.
The physical document examination by KAP took place on March 22, 2024.
Prof. Intan, Deputy Director of Cooperation and Quality Assurance, added that LAMSAMA’s future focus is on continually improving services to all related parties, including assessors and staff. “We will continue to comply with all applicable laws and regulations as part of our commitment to maintaining the integrity of our financial system,” she stated.
The finalization and submission of documents to KAP were completed on May 2, 2024.
LAMSAMA’s Executive Board, represented by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Drs. Ir. Mitra Djamal, IPU, ASEAN Eng., expressed hope that this achievement would provide a strong foundation for LAMSAMA to move forward with greater confidence. “We believe that by continuing to uphold good governance principles in the coming years,” he concluded.
