ANNOUNCEMENT<\/strong>
No. 16\/LAMSAMA\/IX\/2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In relation to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. The issuance of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Regulation Number 39 of 2025 concerning Higher Education Quality Assurance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Ministerial Regulation 39 of 2025, Article 114 paragraph (1) b., stating that accreditation instruments and procedures prepared and established prior to the enactment of this Ministerial Regulation shall continue to be used by BAN-PT and LAM until new instruments and procedures are established in accordance with this Ministerial Regulation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Ministerial Regulation 39 of 2025, Article 116 a., requiring the management and operation of higher education institutions to comply with this Ministerial Regulation no later than 2 (two) years from the date of its enactment; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The repeal of Ministerial Regulation Number 53 of 2023 based on Ministerial Regulation 39 of 2025, Article 117.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    It is hereby announced that Study Program Management Units\/Study Programs may submit accreditation applications to LAMSAMA using IAPS 1.0. The final deadline for completing accreditation documents through SALAM 1.0 is December 19, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Study Program Management Units\/Study Programs that require further information regarding accreditation submission using the mechanism mentioned above may contact the LAMSAMA Secretariat via email or official LAMSAMA contact channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
